May 9, 2026 - Ning Po Series Race #2
We had a great first race in the Ning Po Series, with nine boats taking part, three flying spinnakers. The weather was near perfect, with moderate winds throughout the day and a sporty but (relatively) reserved Hurricane Gulch finish. Kites certainly seemed to help the skippers’ standings. We’re hoping to get even more boats out for Race no. 2!
If you know you will be entering for the race go ahead and register now by filling out the form on this page. You will receive a copy of the Notice of Race, Sailing Instructions, and Course Chart when they are finalized. Remember, those who place earn a trophy AND the right to a piece of an actual pirate ship (to be distributed at the end of the series in July).
Please note: If you don’t include your non-spin offset we will assume that you are going to fly a spinnaker or want the option to do so and we will assign you a handicap based on that.
