We have an opportunity to rent a large garage from Holiday Harbor Marina for approximately $500/month. That would mean an increase of about $5000 annually. (We currently spend $1000 annually on our smaller storage unit). This space could be used as club storage, a small gathering place, a work shop, etc. At our current membership count, we would need to increase each membership's dues roughly $140-$160 per year. 2. BUCYC Clubhouse

The room we used as our previous club house is back up for rent for $1250 per month. This would mean an annual increase of about $14,000 per year ($15,000 less $1000 for our storage units).
