October 31, 2026 - Boucan Feast Race
Skippers Meeting: October 31, 2026, 11 AM , Holiday Harbor Marina Boaters Lounge
Start: 1 PM, San Pedro Bay
Ahoy Buccaneers and friends! The 74th Annual Boucan Race and Feast will be held this coming Saturday, October 31, 2026! This will be a fun race with a treasure-hunt format. A prior email concerning the race said that it would be an inverted start. That has changed as the inverted start format does not lend itself to a treasure hunt format. There will be a standard start but given that the race is a treasure hunt the start line should not be overly competitive. Be aware that as of writing there is a possibility of rain, so dress accordingly. That said pirate costume is highly encouraged for at least some of your crew! Please dress like pirates, but you can be creative with what that means.
